New Orleans Tourism and Cultural Fund (NOTCF) Grant Application Information

Thank You for your interest in NOTCF’s Grant Program! In 2025, there will be three (3) application cycles. The intake days are January 2, 2025, May 1, 2025, and September 2, 2025.

Cycle 1: January 2025 Intake Grants Program Information

The grant portal will open on January 2, 2025, for 24 hours (from 12:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m.) with no limit to the number of submissions accepted by the online system. Applications will be selected via an automated lottery system.

Applications must be submitted 120 days or more before the proposed program/event/project begins.

Applicants can only be approved for ONE (1) grant application in a calendar year.

For budget purposes, each level will have a limit to the number of applications approved. Maximum applications approved for Cycle 3:

• Level 1 Mini-Grant ($1 - $2500): up to 100 applications (70 independently submitted applications and 15 applications with an appointment, 15 with a Golden Age appointment)
• Level 2 ($2,501 - $9,999): up to 14 applications
• Level 3 ($10,000 - $100,000): up to 20 applications

Applications will be vetted by staff after the automated system has chosen the review order.

Applications selected in the automated system that do not have all necessary documentation will not be reviewed, and the applicant will be notified through their Submittable profile.

Applications that are not reviewed because the maximum number of award applications are reached will be notified through Submittable.

Submittable Portal Information

In order to access the application portal, you must create a login to apply, and your Submittable account will be used to communicate information about any applications or forms submitted with NOTCF.
